Oak Label Privacy Policy

Oak Label is published by JF Companies Inc., doing business as Oakline Media (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how Oak Label handles your information.

The short version

Your data stays on your device. We don’t require an account, we don’t collect or sell your personal information, and the app contains no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking.

Information the app stores

Labels, templates, QR code contents and spreadsheets you import are saved only on your device. We never receive them.

Device permissions

• Bluetooth — used only to find and connect to your label printer and send print data to it. It is not used to locate you.
• Camera / Photos (if you add an image) — used only for the image you choose.

Sharing and exports

Information leaves your device only when you choose to share or export it (for example using the iOS share sheet). Where it goes from there is under your control and governed by the service you choose.

Backups

If you use iCloud or device backups, Apple may include app data in those backups under Apple’s own privacy policy. We do not have access to them.

Tracking

Oak Label does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies and does not use advertising identifiers.

Children

Oak Label is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual items in the app, or delete all data by deleting the app from your device.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
